Terms of Service

Welcome to SocialRaiders. These terms set out the rules for using our SMM panel and API. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing an order, you agree to them. If something doesn't make sense or feels wrong, email us at support@socialraiders.com before you use the service.

What we do

SocialRaiders is a social media marketing panel. You deposit funds, browse services from upstream providers, and place orders for things like followers, views, likes, and live viewers. We forward your order to the provider, credit or refund your balance based on the outcome, and give you a dashboard to track it all.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to register.
• You're responsible for keeping your login and API key secret. Anything done with your credentials is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Don't create duplicate accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account.

What you can't use the service for

• Content that promotes illegal activity, violence, hate speech, CSAM, or fraud.
• Inflating engagement on accounts you don't own or have permission to promote.
• Attacking, exploiting, or reverse-engineering our infrastructure.
• Reselling our services while misrepresenting who we are or making claims we haven't made.

We'll cancel orders, suspend accounts, and keep the remaining balance of anyone who breaks these rules.

Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, or any other platform. Using SMM services may violate the terms of service of those platforms. If one of your accounts gets suspended or penalised because of engagement we delivered, that's a risk you accept by using the service. We can't compensate you for it.

Payments and balance

• Prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept PayPal and cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, LTC, ETH) via third-party processors.
• Deposits credit your account balance. Balance is spent on orders and is not transferable between accounts.
• Refund eligibility is covered in our refund policy.
• If an account is inactive for 24 consecutive months, we may forfeit any remaining balance after giving notice to the email on file.

Digital service — immediate performance

Our services are digital and delivered through upstream providers as soon as you place an order. If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for a digital service. By placing an order with us, you expressly request that we start performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the order has been forwarded to the provider. This is required under EU consumer law for us to start your order right away rather than making you wait 14 days.

Order delivery

Delivery times shown on each service are estimates, not guarantees. Quality, drop rate, and speed vary by provider and platform. If a provider cancels or refunds an order we forwarded, we automatically credit the price back to your balance. If a provider fails to deliver within a reasonable time, tell us and we'll investigate.

Reseller API

Your API key is tied to your account. Rate limits apply and are enforced per IP and per key. We may revoke API access without notice if we see abuse, attacks on our infrastructure, or breaches of these terms.

Our liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, we'll announce them in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
